PAT Testing London

PAT Testing in London

Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) helps landlords, businesses and organisations check that electrical appliances are safe to use and properly maintained.

A2Z Electric provides PAT testing for offices, shops, rental properties, communal areas and other commercial premises across London.

What PAT testing includes

• A visual inspection of each appliance, plug, cable and fuse
• Appropriate electrical tests for the appliance type
• Clear pass or fail identification
• An itemised record of the appliances tested and their results
• Practical advice where an appliance fails or requires attention

Who is PAT testing suitable for?

PAT testing is commonly arranged by landlords, employers, facilities managers, letting agents, shops, offices and organisations responsible for electrical equipment used by tenants, staff, customers or visitors.

How much does PAT testing cost?

The cost depends on the number and type of appliances, the property location and whether equipment is spread across several rooms or sites. Contact us with the approximate appliance count and postcode for a clear quotation.
